The location is marvelous, right next to vineyards, the center of Epernay, Avenue de Champagne, and many restaurants and supermarkets. Plenty of food is available in the bar. - the staff is friendly and welcoming to all guests.

Great location close to the forest and vineyards with well-marked trails available from the tourist office. Convenient proximity to a large supermarket, the center of Epernay, Avenue de Champagne, and numerous restaurants. - Friendly and helpful staff interactions.

Good experience there. Airy and functional rooms, nice beds. Early check-in, parking on site. Not to mention good wifi! Location near to the champagne route, the supermarket, and many restaurants and supermarkets. Nearby La Fringale - great place to chill out.

The location here is great; it's close to the town center and vineyards, with well-marked trails from the tourist office, and breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious meals.

Room was clean.

The room had a small kitchen area and sachets of coffee and tea bags on the table in the living room. However, there was no kettle or means of boiling water so why bother with tea and coffee? We booked specifically thinking we would be able to make something to eat but no pans, crockery, cutlery. The room was for four but we were short of a pillow and blanket and had to ask.

The young people who seem to run the hotel were very friendly and attentive. Free WiFi and free parking. Easy to find, but don't forget to drive to the leftmost building first for check-in. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice, even at 9h15. Coffee and tea in the room. A small bath.

The room smelt of sigarettes. Probably the previous occupant didn't care about the smoking prohibition. A small kitchen but not even a plate or a cup for tea. Small bed, I think only 1.40m.

This place is clean and spacious with friendly staff, they serve a good breakfast in the bar, and overall, it met my needs perfectly, I highly recommend it.

Comfort Suites exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a kitchenette that had everything I needed. The location was convenient, close to Epernay and with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Comfort Suites for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Staff remained friendly and kept their cool even though we were very annoyed because of the absence of the advertised WiFi. The breakfast is among the better ones. The rooms are clean and recently refurbished.

The WiFi connection worked only for 2h and was very slow. Apparently the connection is not properly sized to support the whole hotel. On Saterday evening it stopped working for the whole hotel and the service wasn't restored when we left Monday afternoon. The staff did their best but did not receive proper support from their back office.

Accommodations were very comfortable and were within easy reach of the Epernay city center (in the heart of Champagne region). The breakfast buffet was wonderful.

It was rather difficult to find the street and the hotel.
